Bug if images have space in file names

Details
If an attached image is named like this:
Cape Disappointment Lighthouse 2008-11-003.jpg
and you reference it:
[image:
Cape Disappointment Lighthouse 2008-11-003.jpg]
this code is generated:
<img class="wiki-img" src="/Cascadia.nsf/Pages/Cape_Disappointment/$file/Cape" alt="Disappointment Lighthouse 2008-11-003.jpg">
Workaround -- name images as Photoshop does when saving for web, replacing spaces with dashes instead of spaces (or underscores.)
