Hello
I have a problem with the agent, which converts mails into tickets.
Yesterday morning he has worked and since yesterday afternoon he didn't.
We haven't change anything. The konfiguration of the Mail-In Db is correctly, the agent is started and the database is marked whit the server.
In the Agent-Log ther is an entry, that he works. In the Domino-log are two entries "AMgr: Agent ('Dispatch' in 'EDV/Helpdesk.nsf') printing: CreatenewTicket: 13 on line 44: Type mismatch"

Any ideas what is wrong?
