The documentation (such as it is thus far) has been posted. It will be fairly obvious, that this was prepared for a client that was replacing OverQuota; also that it's design documentation that is somewhat obsolete at the present time, though the big picture is fairly accurate.
One of the other things you'll notice is an almost complete lack of security features. This was by design. The original client (and I, as well) had no need for it, since the whole point of the system was to allow all of the staff to freely access any information about a client.
