SYSINFO Class error

Details
We have integrated you form in our mails template.
All is working well with our 6.5 templates
but we planned to upgrade to 8.5 and during ours tests when we open the Quickcall forms we have 6 messages about a Class SYSINFO.
The person in charge of the first implementation is no more with us and i cannot find the solution.
Any help will be appreciate.
