Can't View/Edit Profile from Web

Hi. From the Preferences form I click on View/Edit Your Profile, I get an error message "An Error has occurred".
I see that my name is in the URL is a common name (Leo%20St-Jacques) but my username in my profile includes our Domino hierarchical info (Leo St-Jacques/HC/CA). My profile does exist in our domBulletin db.
In any topic I can open the profile info page of others and myself from the "profile icon". The profile page's URL contains the username with the hierarchical info.
Where can we go to fix this issue?
