Title and Google Analytics

Details
I've recently upgraded to v3.0.1 b8a and now in Google Analytics when I look at visits by page title it shows "(not set)". I moved my Google Analytics code to the "Page Header" in the configuration document. When I look at the source of the page I see the < title > tag and it's populated correctly. Where else would this get set or where is Google Analytics looking for this information?
