This project is to build a Notes plugin to enable better user experience notifying new mail's arrival.
When there is new mails arriving, this application will popup a window to show the new mail list. In the new mail list, user can double click on a mail to show it.
There is a preference page named "Notification" to customize the application. In preference page, the notification window can be customized: size, layout, auto-close etc.
