The Manager's Toolkit is a Lotus Notes database that started out as a simple repository for information about my direct reports. It has expanded as I've had the need to keep track of more information than name and phone number to include the ability to record many different types of information about your staff.
It is a database that resides on your local workstation (desktop or laptop) and is not designed to be resident on a server (although there is nothing inherent in the design to prevent at some point). |
