...but I have never seen an admin tool that is fully integrated with a HR tool so that the IT-department doesn't have to do a single click to create and remove persons from the PNAB etc.

There will be a lot of positive things to integrate the two tools:
- There will be less misspelling of names since the name of the employee only have to be entered ONCE
- The application can monitor and send reminders to the responsible persons when a persons contract in the company is about to expire.
- Every boss and salesperson can have every employees CV at their fingertips so if a customer wants a job done they can directly search for the best employee to do the job
- Since the IT-department isn't involved with the process of useradministration, they will have more time to do more qulified jobs and more preventive jobs

and more...

But I also understand that to integrate the two tools, it will require a massive workload... so I can clearly unerstand why one should delimit the scope of the tool to only be a HR tool and nothing more...

I'm glad that the idea at least was interesting...!
