What's new

R7/R8/R8.5+ Support. R5/R6 Support dropped, If you need this use the 1.x series of INSE Uploader. Better/Automatic character encoding detection. Make sure your Domino Server, OS & Filesystem can handle whatever character sets might be used. Servlet performs basic authentication checks (database level). Fallback for Firefox (as seen in iNotes for Firefox <2). Updated fallback for other browsers. Cancelled uploads & similar will not cause issues since we now use a temporary work id instead of a static id. Uploader should now work as drop-in on existing documents, due to reworked attachment name handling.

Known issues

(IE) Windows 7 has some new security features that causes files to not download, a fix for this is to add the site using this solution to your "trusted sites". Hopefully IBM and Microsoft fix this in a future release.
