What's new

This is the R1 release of domBulletin (ie the first gold version).

It contains some new features, more configuration options, reworked configuration document, online help and many bug fixes and perf improvements.

Server : Domino R6 with HTTP task + router task if mail activated
Client : Notes R6/R65, IE5/6 PC/Mac , Moz1.x

Known issues

Currently, only US and FR languages are completed.
Feel free to translate the js and the txt files in your language (see the translation task on openntf) so I can add more languages in the future (mail the translated files at michael.bourak A-T wanadoo.fr)
