The shared actions used in the "Create" menu inside the Person, Org and Group documents either result in a "field not found" error or produce spurious Notes.ini entries.
Since the entries in the "Create" tab in the Navigator work, this is of minimal severity.

Fix Details:	Replaced these with calls to the new LotusScript "(vaCreatexxx)" agents or "@Command([Compose];"xxx"), where appropriate.
