Brief Description:	When creating a new story in RTF mode, default the StoryText field's typestyle to match the CSS in-use

Details

Had been creating storys in standard text mode. Decided to create one using RTF and found that the the StoryText field defaulted to the usual "Default Sans Serif" @ 10pt. The resulting story did not match the style of all the other text-only stories created. Not being a developer, I didn't care for having to pour thru my active CSS to find what typestyle and size was being used in text mode.
