Could it be possible to create an option to enable or disable the return receipt remover.
We are using this template and like it very much. But as long as we use it, no return receipts are coming back because people are removing it by default.

Can we disable it somehow?

Comments:	This functionality already exists. The Return Receipt removal functionality is optional within the Advanced Settings, although this option is hidden by default. Adding the following environment variable to your notes.ini and restarting Notes will show the setting. $ONTF_EnableRRControl=1
