Tim, I don't have all the details in front of me, but basically if you open the Blog Config and fill in a few values and resave, you should have some luck. You may need to also resave a "Page Template" and "Page Skin" document if the default settings don't immediately work. Also open and resave the Translation document.

Let me know if that doesn't do it and I'll dig a little more.
