When a new post is made, you can have a newsletter summary sent out. In the footer section we can reference the main site, but is there a way to also send a link directly to that particular post?

This way someone reading a post via their e-mail can click a link to be taken directly to that particular post and be able to reply if they wanted to.

As a site grows, it can be difficult to locate the new posts amongst the various sections, and an embedded link would be useful.
