In fact, such event doesn't exist. When should it be triggered? And it cannot be reliable as someone pressing the back button or going to a link will prevent the event from running
Now, we added 2 events in the dynamic controls, including the dialogs, that are triggered when the content of the control is created (before/afterContentLoad). So you can rather use these event to initialize your bean when the dialog is opened.
The new events are on SVN and will be in the next build.
