I stupidly tried using this template without knowing enough about Notes to use it. I have managed to turn all my emails into To Do items. How do I change them back to Memo Items?

Here's what I did:
File | Database | Replace Design (using GTDtemplate0.5.ntf)

Poked around for a while and ended up clicking the refresh (round arrow) button which worked for a while scanning my database. Eventually I reverted back to the normal Notes Mail template, but now the default form for all my email items is the To Do Item form. (If I use View|Switch Form to change to the Memo form they look fine.)

Can anybody help me undo this change?

I also stupidly started deleting all the hundreds of To Do items I thought were created before I realized I was actually deleting all my emails. EEK!
