Details
This may be a problem with my implementation of 0.9.5 but...

Wiki pages could/should have the name of the Wiki (as defined in the Config document) and also the WikiPage name in the <title>..</title> of the HTML pages (so appear in the Browser title)

For example:

<head>
...
<title>My OpenWiki: StartPage</title>
...
</head>
