DominoWiki, from 1.1 onwards, uses resource documents to support different languages in the web
client.

These files are in each release template, and need to copied over to your deployed template, as
documented in the "Using this database document". If you see nothing when you click the button to select
a language file, then you haven't copied these documents across.
