Actually, here's what I did:
- I am using Domino 6.5
- I extracted the files from the ZIP file into a QAF folder inside my notes data folder
- I created a new DB without using any template in Domino Designer
- I opened the QAF template and deployed into the newly created DB
- I checked the ACL of the new DB: all the necessary authorizations were already there for my user ([AppCoord], [NotesAdmin], [QAFDesigner])
- I openned the new DB, then selected QAF designer from the action menu
--> I get error "You are not authorized to use this tool"
