Code / Description
Database contains two versions of LotusScript libraries which are used from within scheduled agents to create, update and close agent activity documents created either within the application or in a separate database. The activity documents allow an administrator to quickly check that agents are running when they are supposed to and that they are processing the expected number of records. I have found this to also be very useful during development/ debugging as I can track processes. Database includes some example agents that call the procedures in the library and the agent activity log form and the views I currently use.
Usage / Example
I have used variations on this database for years to record scheduled agent activity in applications. The document count, error reporting flags and start/ end time for each process is a quick visual check that everything is running as expected.

Download it and take a look, Since putting it together as a package I have had some ideas on how to further develop it and make it even more useful, feel free to contact me if you have any ideas/ problems although it fairly well documented.
