Code / Description
Until today there is no standard way of using the 'Other email'-addresses added to the personal address book.
The easiest way of providing this information is to create a smart icon:
1. Open the 'Toolbar Preferences' thru [File] - [Preferences] - [Toolbar Preferences]
2. Change to the Tab'Customize' and create a new button thru [New] - [Button]
3. Enter as the 'Button caption text' |Send memo to Other|
4. As 'Popup help text' you could enter |Send a memo to an 'Other Mail' address out of your personal address book|
5. Change the Icon to any desired (I recommend the standard '19x19_inbox.gif)
6. Copy the attached formula into the 'Formula'-Field
