Sample application that encapsulates the apache commons HTTP Client (http://commons.apache.org/httpclient/) for use in Domino Applications.

Usage / Example

Java example.

dhttp = new HTTPFacade("www.openntf.org");
String url = "http://www.openntf.org";
returnCode = dhttp.executeMethod(url);

Make sure to turn on 'Show Java Debug Console'
File > Tools > Show Java Debug Console

Lotus Script example.

Set myClass = mySession.GetClass("au.com.scius.examples.HTTPFacade")
Set dhttp = myClass.CreateObject()
Call dhttp.setHost("www.openntf.org")
iReturn=dhttp.executeMethod("www.openntf.org")
sXML = dhttp.getXML()
