Description
!!! This is a Beta Preview for OpenOffice.org users !!!
This release is not compatible with the Version 2.2!
Thus, donīt create interfaces for databases using Version 2.2!

Feature Preview for 2.5:
- Create Template folders for a specific form of any Database
- Save, Print, Send results of merging.
- Attaches results of merging into a new document of a user defined database.
- Attaches results of merging into the selected documents, which are used as
data source.
- Executes a user defined Notes Formula after attaching the files into the
target documents.
- Defines additional fields which are not used in the Word template file. (e.g.
mail addresses to send the results)
- Allows multiple Letter Engines in a database.

OpenOffice Support Preview:
There is an "Contact - Profile" OpenDocument Text Template in this release for
testing with OpenOffice.org (2.0.4). Create an interface for a copy of your
personal address book.
If you want to create templates yourself, use Fields of type "Database".
The database name and the table name are ignored by the letter creation
process. (See example "Contact - Profile" in this release)
