Description
I had downloaded a template from the sandbox a long time ago and have made many changes over the years. We have had many requests from users (I work for the Navy) for a way to transfer files. I'm uploading this in case anyone else has a need for a nifty file attaching area for users to share files. If you make modifications that would help everyone, please let me know. To make this a better "product" there would have to be some coding changes to all Mozilla based browser to work correctly. I have not had the time to do that, and as the Navy has standardized on IE, have not had a need to go that route.
