Description
The Projects database is implemented. Not finished, but implemented and working
to the point where it's being used to manage its own work.
Multiple payments can be applied to an Invoice.
Also, selectable Logos have been added.
Dashboards have been added to the new Launch database.
Numerous bug fixes. Probably some new bugs. Please test!
