Description
Various form and view tweaks.
Added a preference to the Database Configuration. History Layout. This will
place the "new history" box above/below the history section. Users can
override this preference using the "My Preferences" option.
Added extra Closed views.
Define templates for new work requests. This option is located below the list
of views. This is the default rich text for a new work request. You may define
separate text for Help Desk members, Customers, or specific people.
