Description
This new version of (e)help, the r3.01, offer 18 changes or corrections
compared to the previous version.

In terms of patches:

1. The agent whitch mark the document in alert don't modify an open document to
reduce the conflicts of saving.
2. The agent Reminder has been fixed at the field CopyTo to return empty to
each notification and no longer send a revival with the CopyTo the previous
notification.
3. When you modify a ticket theirs respons document are mark as read.
4. Set the same (e)alert color in view inbox as other views.
5. Correction at the field Body annexes type approval and memo.
6. Correction on the input field equipment in the dialog.
7. Correction on paragraphs fields hidden formulas to not be show when you use
the spellchecker.

The news functionalities are :

1. A notification can be send when a document is out in SLA Alerts
2. The Request for field is now empty by default if the ticket is created by
the Call Center
3. A button is place near the subject to can use (e)autotext for your subject.
You can specifiy an unique catégorie for autotext in the setup document.
4. The dialogbox displaying the ticket number can be disabled.
5. You can activate an option allowing the Call Center to work in place of a
technician.
6. The categories field and type are remove from the view by assignment.
7. Adding a new view to show ticket by users in charge.
8. You can choose the order of categories to display the ticket by domain
(depending on the importance that you attach to type)
9. A field ReplyTo can now be added to the notifications sent by agent to
indicate a respons address different from that which served to sign the agent.
10. Adding to field with the number of weeks of beginning treatment by the
technician.
11. The notifications to remind (reminder and test required) are now define by
notification setting.
